There is so something very nice about being able to listen to an iPod when you want to. Refusing to allow someone to listen to music in their own personal space is nothing more than a power trip gone badly wrong. A smile creeps up to your face when you find yourself listening to a song you haven’t listened to in years, and probably shouldnt listen to if you are at all irked with what other people think of you. Your songs, especially those singles that you have boughten reflect exactly who you are, and more specifally, who you were when you bought them. It’s tremendously happy to listen to yourself. I feel a little like I an getting away with sometime that I shouldn’t, like raiding an ancient tomb, not turning your homework in, or whispering in church. I feel wicked, and it is wonderful.
