I hate people that constantly censor themselves with the justification of a “requirment” of quality, life-altering work! I I hate when people refuse to write just because they don’t feel it will affect anyone. People that live just to make a splash in life disgust me. And unless you truly are that selfish person, that excuse doesn’t work for you either.

This is not to say that the point of life isn’t to try to make that splash, but rather to say that everything we do and say is drop in the pond that could lead to the next tsunami. We need to realize that no matter what we say, or what we do, someone out there is crying or laughing because of it Our words and actions are powerful! The harder you try, though, the harder it becomes to even ripple the surface. A noble cause in life is to understand that everything we say, everything we do is just the start of a wave. Everything we do and say affects someone.

>”Books are by-product of our lives. Deliver me from the writers who say the way they live doesn’t matter. I’m not sure a bad person can write a good book. If art doesn’t make us better, what on earth is it for?” – Alice Walker
